I'm pretty sure most of you have seen this forum game around before. 
But if not, then I'll go ahead and explain it here.
It's basically exactly what the title says- We (the members) count to 20 before any of the staff members makes a post in this thread. If they post, we start back at 0.
As an example:
Random Person #1: 1
Random Person #2: 2
Staff Member: ZERO!
Random Person #1: 1
And so on and so forth. I'll start this off for you.
